1/2 day workshop

leading your team

Are you ready for UNLEASHED Module 3: Leading Your Team?

This module really unpacks some of those leadership skills that are often referred to as the ‘soft skills’, when in reality, they’re the skills that are really hard to master!

In this face-to-face workshop you’ll get to:

  • meet your brain (figuratively speaking), and understand more about how you process information,

  • learn more about the difference between apathy, sympathy, and empathy, and

  • practice how to give and receive feedback.

Because adults learn best through shared experiences, we’ve also built peer-to-peer learning into this module. That means it won’t just be your facilitator doing all of the teaching. Your peers will be sharing their stories and presenting their ideas and experiences, to really bring these skills to life and make them relevant for Kestrel.

And, because Module 3 takes place after lunch in a full day of learning (yep, it’s in the afternoon after you complete Module 2), we’ve front-end loaded it with energy-building activities and trivia (and chocolate!).

Check out your roster or calendar to see when your workshop for Module 3 has been booked in.

below you’ll find some tools and resources to support you after module 3.

Make sure you’ve completed your 1/2 day workshop before exploring the links below.

Meet your brain

In Module 3, we walk through how our brains actually work, so that we are able to better understand and overcome our own limitations and build better, more meaningful relationships with others.

FEELINGS & emotions

How we show up as leaders, and the emotions we bring can be contagious – so being able to understand and manage emotions in ourselves is incredibly important for the team and culture we’re crafting.
